The Colliers Deutschland GmbH carefully attends the current regulations of the data privacy laws and guarantees the security of the transmitted data according to the Data Protection Act. This data will not be transmitted to any third party, unless it is required to achieve the transmission purpose.

The transmitted data is used exclusively for the purpose, for which they were raised, as far as nothing else is determined. According to the German Data Protection Act (BDSG), every user who transmits his data, has the right of objection to the use or transmission of his data for advertising purposes (lock indicator). Besides that a right of disclosure exists. Under certain circumstances there is also the right of correction, blocking and deletion of the data saved in one of the files of the Colliers Deutschland GmbH. According to the BDSG the data processing and use of the data are only permissible, if the BDSG or another law has permitted it or if the user consented.

The BDSG always permits the data processing and use, if this happens in the context of the purpose of a contractual relationship or a quasi-contractual mutual trust or as far as it is for the protection of the justified interests of the storage unit and a third party respectively, e.g. a receiver, essential and no reason exists for the assumption that the interest, which is worthy of protection, of the user in the exclusion of the processing or use of his data outweighs and he has such an interest, which is worthy of protection, respectively.
