Standard searches using your Colliers iPhone App

“The app selects any properties on offer in the Colliers data base which match your needs perfectly. Touch the “Type of use” or “Location” buttons and then use the scroll wheel to select the desired parameters. You can also select specific districts.

Use the slider to specify the desired floor area and price range. To do this, simply touch the circular slider and drag it to the desired position.

You can narrow the search by entering specific terms, such as building names or districts, in the text field.

If you find a property you like on the results list, touch the entry and your iPhone will show you photos and other interesting information on the property.”

“Are you looking for a property in your area? That’s not a problem either. The local search displays the properties and offices located in the immediate vicinity of your current location. You can decide yourself how far away they can be – touch the “Radius” button and then use the scroll wheel to select the desired radius. Please note: the “localization services” feature in your iPhone’s settings must be activated to use this function.

The Local Search function can show your desired criteria regarding use, size, price range and details – just as simply and easily as you are used to from the Standard Search.”

Touch an entry with your finger and you will be given all the data, photos and floor plans available for the property.”

All information on a property at a glance

“When you select a property on the Property List you will not only be given information on the price, floor area and a description of the property, but also photos and floor plans for the building. At the touch of a finger tip you can see the building’s location on Google Maps; add the property to your favourites or send an email to the relevant contact person.”

“At the simple touch of a finger tip the Colliers iPhone App will display the location of your favourite property on Google Maps. You can zoom in and out on the map, making it easy to see both where the property itself and the district it’s located in are.”

“Go to the “Property Details” page and select “Add property to favourites” to add the property to your favourites list at the simple touch of a finger tip.
When you next start the app the programme will have memorized the properties you selected – so they will always be at your fingertips, whenever you want them.

By using the “Edit” function you can alter the order in which properties are displayed on the favourites list to suit your needs or delete individual properties.

“If you select the “Make a property enquiry” function when viewing property details an email form with the relevant contact partner’s email address will pop up. Send us a message and we will be in touch with you.”
